Happy New Year, bitches!
Better late than never, it's time to start digging into the numbers again. Nothing makes me feel more pointdexter-y than an additional full year of data!
I've already pulled down all the 2009 data on the northside including (but not limited to):
- sale prices
- average days on market
- closings
- price reduction averages
And here's the big kicker. We're adding 2 neighborhoods to the standard watch list:
- South Loop
- West Loop
Oh yeah. That's good stuff. We're gonna be beat-boxin' and spreadsheetin' all over this mother. And by "beatboxin' and spreadsheetin'", I mean posting a lot of pretty spreadsheets and meaty data.
I know I've made promises in the past I couldn't didn't keep. But like those horrible politicians in Washington always say: "this time it's different".
